Morgains Coaching ("we", "us") is an online coaching business based in Robina, Queensland, Australia. This page explains what we collect through morgains.coach and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your application: your name, Instagram handle, email address and your answers about your goals, diet, coaching history, preferred coach and coaching option.
- How you found us: which option you picked on our home page, and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, which ad you came from).
- Website activity: we use the Meta Pixel, which records visits and actions on this site (such as starting or submitting an application) for Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about coaching, mainly through Instagram and email.
- To measure how our ads perform, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. We do not send your name, email or answers to Meta.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. Applications are stored with our website host, Netlify. Website activity is shared with Meta as described above. Meta's use of that data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy, and you can control ads shown to you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep applications only as long as we need them to assess and follow up on your enquiry, or while you're a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing morgains.coaching@gmail.com.
